Delete your account
Request deletion of your ClassNotes account and its associated data from any browser. You do not need the Android app installed. Submitting a request starts a staff review; it does not delete your account immediately.
How to request deletion
- Choose the student or tutor account you want deleted and sign in below.
- Submit your request. A reason is optional.
- Save the request ID shown after submission. Your request will initially be pending. Submitting again while it is pending returns the same request.
What happens next
Our team reviews each request and may contact you if more verification is needed. A request involving active paid access or an unresolved purchase, order, refund, return, payout, or dispute remains pending while staff resolves it. Submitting a deletion request does not cancel a Google Play subscription or automatically issue a refund.
When an eligible request is completed, we remove the student or tutor account and profile. This includes linked student bookmarks, quiz participation and leaderboard records; linked contact requests and related notifications; and verified tutor-owned uploads such as an avatar or CV. Staff must resolve any blockers before completing deletion.
Once account deletion is completed, a closed transaction may require a limited pseudonymous financial record. We keep that record for six calendar months from the deletion date and schedule its automatic removal afterward. Such records do not contain your name, email address, phone number, billing or shipping details, raw purchase tokens, or direct account ID. See our Privacy Policy.
